What about taking a team that was in total disarray at 4-12 giving up over 50 sacks to a team that went 11-5 with a rookie QB and the same O-Line? Certainly that has to count for something.

Anyway the team is young and he has been able to work wonders with them. I'd say he's right where he needs to be on that list.
