This one is easy. You have to want Joe Gibbs.
You cannot want a proven genius at GM and "Whoever" as the HC. Think about "Whoever" in terms of:
Richie Kotite
Ray Handley
Dave Campo
Wayne Fontes
Rich Brooks
...and the list goes on...
