I completly agree with you. Look at all the coaches who tried to be GM and a coach. They failed miserably. gibbs should concentrate on one thing whether it be coaching or GM. Seeing his draft his year especially Campbells selection makes me worry about him as a GM though. Look at Holmgreen, Shannahan and Marty who all tried to be GM n coach but did not succeed as much as they did when they were just coaching.
I have a scenario for u. What if Gibbs becomes a Gm and Greg Williams becomes a head coach. I could see that happening down the road. don't know whether it would be a great thing or not..
