He could win the lead back spot, but with Williams being good in situations and on special teams, he's seemingly going to have to beat out Helu for a spot on the roster.

Maybe Helu plays teams and we'll end up going Torain-Helu-Williams on the active roster with Royster off the practice squad. But without the ability to cover kicks, Torain doesn't have an obvious spot beyond "featured RB", where he simply wouldn't appear to be the best option.
