Disagree 100%. Coaches will not change their scheme to fit around players. You see it on the college level and you see it at the NFL level. That's why you have to give coaches 3-4 years to get their players in place to make things work. You can't just keep changing your scheme around because the players don't fit it. No, you go get players that fit your scheme. Also, what if Montana, Rice, Craig, etc didn't fit the West Coast offense, think he should have changed his scheme? Hell no.

The absolute problem with Kyle S is that he had absolute 0 talent on the offensive side of the ball. Look at the numbers offensively over the past decade and you'll see we've had little talent on this side of the ball. Let the guys get their players in, give them time and see how it works. If after year 4 we aren't contending or making playoff runs continually, then come back and say something. This is the beginning of the 2nd year, and basically a complete roster turnover. We should be grateful and ecstatic he's cleaning house.
