Conclusion: Do not deal with the Eagles again under any circumstances. Samuel is on the downside of his career and the conditions are similar to the McNabb deal. Samuel has gone from #1 to #3 on the depth chart quickly and has been replaced by two younger players who are better at this point in their careers.
