He needs to correct three things: holding on to the ball too long, late passes to the flats (3 of his 4 INT last year) and protecting the ball in the pocket. If (big IF) he can suppress his HTM-Human Turnover Machine-tendencies he can be a competent QB for us. I'd give him a 3 win advantage over Beck with this team.

If Grossman were to win the QB competition and be named the starting QB, there are three things I'd like to see him improve upon:
(1) Completion Percentage:
(2) Protecting The Football In Traffic:
(3) TD To INT Ratio:
Providing he could improve those three areas, on a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 5 1/2. The three games Grossman started last season against the Cowboys, Jaguars and Giants, he was 70 of 127 for 840 yds. an average of 280 yds. a game. Imagine what his passing totals would be if he could improve on his comp. pct. In this offense you're looking at a guy capable of passing for 4,400 + a season.
