Not sure what Maybin has to do with LA. Well not LA as in Los Angeles, but he does have a lot to do with LA...as in LaVar Arrington. Arrington was a very vocal proponent of Maybin.
Seems like most people believe San Diego is the favorite for Los Angeles, but that's another thread for another day
