SS, since you are into internet sports marketing, I have to give a shout for all of us who simply cannot afford Sunday Ticket. Even if I could afford it, it would be kind of a waste, since you can't watch all of EVERY game.

Instead it would be great if there were an a la carte model where I could pay to stream the games that I want. If I ended up paying $80 a year on the a la carte model, I'd go for it. And that is $80 a year that providers would have, whereas now they get nothing from me because $335 is just too expensive.

I realize that there are real knots in this suggestion, such as Directv's contract. But $80 a year from many consumers may end up financially outweighing $335 a year from fewer consumers.

I'm sure that you've approached all of this before because internet marketing is what you do. I just wanted to take the opportunity to cast a vote for the little guy.
As a fan I would love an a la carte model. But the professional in me has looked to figure out a viable business model for that, and it's not so simple.
