It's a thread at the very top of this forum. You are supposed to PM the mods the changes in the roster and they update it. They call them "Sticky-ed Threads"

edit: Just change the title to reflect NFL Free Agency Part 4 (roster cuts/additions) and ask mods to close the other one. It's probably time to restart another one anyway.
