4 pre-season games is WAY too many and does nothign other than line NFL owners pockets.

That is the whole point, to line the owners pockets. The NFL is a business first and foremost. They know they have you hooked, and like any monopoly can charge you what and how they want. They will get theirs in the end though. They are already outpricing themselves out of the entertainment market. Once the middle class gets fleeced with this double dip recession/depression coming upon us, nobody is going to go to a NFL game. I can get season tickets to both my alma maters football seasons for less than $70. Granted with Eastern Mich the level of football stinks, but it is a lot cheaper than what the Skins and co. charge, plus I can go to Ann Arbor after the game only a mile away.
