You sure about that? How do you explain the many other attacks Islamic extremists commited such as the Luxor Massacre (Primarily Swiss victims), The Qahantaniya bombings (Yazidi victims) etc, The Jordan Wedding Massacre (Jordanian Moslems). Was it their foreign policy?
