I know and understand that targeting an injury is common practice in the NFL, but to go out and publicly state the intention was not the best of decisions.

Now any hit, whether intentional or not that could be called into question will be heavily scrutinized by the officials and the league. And he could be setting himself up for hefty fines or even a suspension.
Actually it is the Cowboys Organization that should be put under scrutiny for playing Romo in the first place. If he has a fractured rib and a "Punctured" or "Collapsed" lung (BS) then it is on the Cowboys and the NFL if he gets injured. Not D. Hall.

See when D. Hall lines up for a blitz, his job is to go after the QB. He cant be fined or flagged for that. And to avoid helmet to helmet contact he will aim for the number on the jersey.

If Romo is on the field Monday Night he is considered fit for play and fair game. I believe Romo has bigger problems (K.O.) to worry about than D. Hall.

Putting Romo in is a liability to the Cowboys only. And in the end, can only reflect bad on the Cowboys organization if Romo goes out.
