By uniform redesign does that include our nickname, one of the reasons the media just hates the Redskins, is what THEY preceive as our politically incorrect nickname. Legend has it that some Native Americans put a "curse" on our team because of the refusal to change our name......it appears that the curse is working
But I'm glad Snyder is sticking with his guns to keep the name.
I like to play cards and watch the Poker tournaments, and I get very amused
when they play at one casino, and it's owned by Native Americans, who find nothing wrong with performing a sacred warrior dance when they present the cash winnings at a poker tournament, but heaven help a football team for using as it's logo a Native American....to symbolize a brave warrior, etc...they consider that disrespectful......go figure..............
