This guy doesn't deserve a second in jail. I hope those ladies learned there are repurcussions for your actions. He did nothing wrong, yet was verbally and physically assaulted. Did he go a little too long, maybe? However, I also heard that he was telling them to stay down and not move, but they kept trying to get up.

If I were on this jury, unless they had overwhelming evidence, I would never change my opinion that he was completely provoked and innocent of any damages civil or criminal.
