The customer assaulted him first and then came around the counter to initiate it further. I can't blame him for defending himself, BUT there was a point it went from defending to criminal behavior. Both of these individuals should go to jail, AND the other employees not stopping him should be fired as well. It's pathetic people sit back and watch shit like that happen without intervening. If they aren't fired, the manager should be.
