Well, I look at it from a spectrum perspective. You are accountable from day 1, but when S starts hitting the fan, especially after you have had some impact on the roster (1+ year) the pressure increases. The real "accountability" starts after season one and mid-way into season two, especially with the kind of performances we have had.

For the record, I think Shanny should get another year here. A 4th probably as well, but if things are looking this bad after season 3 too I think you have to consider other options. I hate the setback it causes, but how often are coaches getting full support from the FO with 3-4 years of consecutive losing seasons?
