We are NOT going to get him for the league minimum...........he is a player! and will demand a little bit of coin, which we might have when we release these players after June 1st (even though we need to sign our rookies etc.......). McQuarters would be a starter right away on the defense! And whoever said you can't have enough cover corners is RIGHT ALL THE WAY!
