Are you suggesting that, despite years of ignoring the QB position, and before the year started, the Colts decided to lose all the games they could in order to secure the first pick in the April, 2012 draft? That's beyond insane. They just fired their D Coord - was that part of the plan? If they intended to tank, why not fire him in August? Who is in on this great "conspiracy to lose"?
As someone else said, tell your theory to an unemployed Jim Caldwell as he sits and watches the draft at home this year.
The Colts front office has shown an incredible
lack of foresight and simply "Lucked" out. They don't where horseshoes on their helmets for nothing!
