Did Dexter Manley, Tony Peters, and more reflect poor leadership on the part of Gibbs?

Did Lawrence Taylor and Quincy Carter reflect poor leadership on the part of Parcells?

Did Santonio Holmes reflect poor leadership on the part of Tomlin?

These guys have to be held accountable for their own actions, I don't see how any one but Davis and Williams are responsible.
