Just seems to me the more ripped a dude is, the more likely he'll tear a muscle, achillies etc. some of these guys seem maxed out to me.

yeah, always thought that, those guys w/only 1-3% body fat, e.g. Bo Jackson couldn't stay healthy in football. Herschell Walker was an exception to that though, he stayed pretty healthy & had a very long career. In general it's always seemed the guys that had a little body fat were more durable.
