My concern with Matt Flynn is that he's played himself into beach front property value, while there's a lot of "under construction" and "foreclosures" on the market. Moreover, the market will irresponsibly set his current value based on one internet photo without performing proper inspections and/or due diligence. It's absurd. Doesn't make common sense and it doesn't football sense.

For that simple reason, I say pass on this dude. Too much risk incurred overnight, too many unknowns.
