Last year Allen and Shanny showed a willingness to wheel and deal.

We have a couple big holes like interior oline which gets drafted in the later half of the first round, and wr and cb which this draft has alot of first round talent in, that we could trade back with cincy's two first round picks b/c Shanny falls for a guy or two a little further down the list seems possible.

For Cincy they could get a stud wr or rb to take pressure off Green and help Dalton grow and help them go deeper in the playoffs. Or you instantly have one of the best cb tandums with Leon Hall and whichever cb to help stop bolden and smith as well as wallace and brown.
That's why going the free agent route for a QB is so appealing. Let's just assume Mat Flynn is the real deal. You got a guy with 4 years of being a full time NFL understudy who can step right in and play at a high level from day 1. Any rookie QB is going to need time to develop, even RGIII.

If the Skins were able to get a Dwayne Bowe or Colston in free agency, even better. Trading the 6th pick now gives them 3 picks in the first 2 rounds that they SHOULD be able to turn into instant starters. They can still take someone like Foles or Cousins in the second round and maybe hit on 2 QBs in the same year. Stud WRs can be found anywhere.

They should be able to make some dramatic improvements with 9 picks and free agency. With Richardson, Cincy has a nice triumvirate with Green and Dalton.
