I've seen a lot of college QB's in my 64 years and let me clue you in: RGIII is the TRUTH. We're talking about an instant starter, a true Franchise QB, and, in time, a possible All-Pro.

I've even seen where someone on here says he's not an accurate passer. You need to go back and look at some more film on him because RGIII is one of the most accurate deep passers that I have ever seen in college football.

The only concern I have about him is that we won't be able to trade up to get him.

Here's a summation on RGIII from Walter Football: "1/9/12: Griffin earned his Heisman Trophy and truly was the best player in college football this season as he led Baylor to a 10-win season. Griffin carried Baylor to thrilling wins over Oklahoma, Kansas and TCU. He has displayed a very strong arm and good mobility. His accuracy was phenomenal on passes to the short, intermediate, and deep part of the field. In 2011, Griffin completed 72 percent of his passes for 4,293 yards with 37 touchdowns and six interceptions. He has also rushed for 699 yards and 10 touchdowns. His decision-making was superb."
agreed. Get the kid in here at all costs. This bandaid on the qb position has gone on long enough. Pull the trigger. This years 1st and 3rd, next years 1st and 4th, to move up 3 spots and get our man.

Look at the NFC now. You have Rodgers, Brees, Eli Manning, Michael Vick, Matthew Stafford, Sam Bradford, Matt Ryan, Tony Romo, Alex Smith, Jay Cutler, and all are very capable quarterbacks. When do we get one? When is DC going to get a quarterback that the fanbase doesn't have to make excuses for going INTO the game? One that doesnt lead the entire LEAGUE in turnovers? A quarterback that can put some points on the board. One that we can be proud of. We are within striking distance of that pick, and we need to pull the trigger and get RG3 in here. We have a decent enough line, and with a Free agency pickup at wide receiver, our squad is right there. But until the FO goes all in and gets their guy, our franchise will be mired in mediocrity. And that is the long and short of it.
