He did well with Haslett in the UFL, but I don't like the fact Miami let him go. One would think if he was an outstanding WR coach Maimi would have kept him on.

He got a promotion. Maybe if Karl Dorrell had gotten the HC job at Yale, the Dolphins would have promoted Hilliard
