Coles really didn't have any issues until last season. I think the combination of changing personnel really did him in. Snyder's move couldn't have helped much. I think that Gibbs could have fixed things had it not been for the paper.

That being said I wish him the best of all of the recently departed Redskins. Smoot a very close second.
