McCoy on the other hand has a great OL, and solid defense. His WR core could be better. His RB situation wasn't as good this year with Hillis being often injured. McCoy wasn't a high draft pick so therefore he isn't given as much time as Bradford.

I don't think draft status is meaningful in regards to the comparison between McCoy and Bradford.
Coaches look at the bottom line, they look at production.
They're only gonna keep a QB because they think he can be the guy.
A coach isn't going to keep a QB only because he's a 1st round draft pick, especially a coach from a new regime.
I think the only real difference between the 2 is your perception.
There are smaller differences that I'm not going to quibble over but suffice it to say that neither QB has played under ideal circumstances.
