There are hundreds of exotic animal rescue organizations in this country that exist only to take care of exotics that some A...hole thought would make a cool pet.....Wolves...big cats....etc. The only ones that pay are the animals.
I can tell you that the needless sacrifice of these animals is beyond my ability to describe. What a tragedy.......
We need much reform in the "Pet" laws in this country.
On an aside, these types of cataclysmic ecosystem destruction are becoming epidemic. These dudes started out as released pets.....but have been reproducing for some time. NOW, it's a big time problem headed for worse. It is not an isolated incident....
