He's not going to just out of pads and right into a clip board. There is a big difference between being a player and being a coach. There is a progressive process. You normally start out as a quality control guy, move up to an assistant position coach, and go from there. I realize Peyton Manning is an amazing student of the game but it just doesn't work that way.
