I am not saying you should believe in the Shanahans. I am just saying that some team is going to find that quarterback that isn't Luck, RG3, or Peyton Manning, and it's that move that will put them in the playoff hunt.
I can't look at past history and give you a compelling reason to believe that said team will be the Redskins.
