If you hit a guy hard, and it's a CLEAN hit, and he gets carted off the field then guess what? That's football. What Phillip Daniels did back in 05 was great. If he gets extra cash and is praised in front of his co-workers then I'm all for it.

I thought the investigation concluded that the bounty program had incentives for getting a guy knocked out of the game or carted off the field. I am sure this had to come from the players themselves.
