We did not get in this salary cap mess from just signing guys this year. It goes back several years. but the whole $7m Coles trade and the signing of Moss to a big contract is a start. Those two players alone cost us about $8m in cap space this year. One is not even going to play for us. Not a very smart move.
Getting our rooks signed will be additon by subtraction, because we wil have to cut 2-3 players.
