Look at any successful team, the QB is the true foundation. Other parts can easily be replaced but almost every move is made around the QB, at least when you have a good one.

Do Thomas and Kelly even count as supporting parts? What were they supporting exactly, other than Mike Shanahan's eventual ascension to head coach here.
