League has supposedly already removed 18million, it's a done deal.

They can also decline any contracts if the Redskins choose not to abide by this punishment.

So not only are they not going to issue a statement to the two teams, they're also choosing how much the Redskins are going to give up each year (18million split).

The twisted/unfairness in this is something I have never seen in pro sports before.
