They are taking 15% that we can never get back...restructures or not that cap space is gone forever even if we figure out clever tricks for pushing it all out into future years. Restructuring doesn't make the 36 mil go away it just spreads it out over however many years and saddles us with less cap money then.

It's one thing to be upset by it and recognize it hinders our previously outstanding cap situation. It's quite another to say free agency is over for us.
