I think the honest observer probably takes a wait and see approach. The current regime came in w/o a solid plan to rebuild and has made a series of disastrous roster and scheme decisions. So it's like I said in another thread, for RGIII to be successful our coaches, especially Mike and Kyle, have to significantly outperform their last two years in terms of scheme, clock-mgmt, tempo, game-day preparation.
