Probably the best thing for them to do. Plus if I was them I would be going Blackmon with that first pick, as that goes a long way towards addressing their problem with
dropped balls and then I would use either that second 1st or their 2nd round pick for a RB. LaMar Miller, David Wilson, Doug Martin, LaMichael James, I mean take your pick, though to me Miller and James are the two most intriguing options.....not sure though how Cleveland would feel about a player named James.
The other thing I'd like to see them do is get Richardson, then Michael Floyd if he drops that far but it's much easier to find a running back then it is to find a sure handed receiver. On top of that Cleveland isn't ready to compete for a title yet so drafting a RB in the top 10, even one as good as Richardson, this early in the rebuilding process could easily be a mistake in spite of any success Richardson would go on to have.
Tampa makes a lot more sense seeing as how they already have a lot of the pieces.
