I agree, In Gibbs first stent with the Skins he was known as a second half coach. He could go in at half time see what we were doing wrong make the corrections and come out and win. I think last year to Gibbs was like the first half of old. This year he has recongized our problems admitted to mistakes and is making the nessary adjustments to win this season. These so called experts are not giving Gibbs credit for having the knowledge to turn things around. It seems like they think he believes in one system and is to old to change his ways. That is where they are wrong.
