Was Mike Shanahan trying to test Jabar Gaffney? If so, why? The guy is your most productive wide out.

I remember how I was passed over for a supervisor position and it the job was given to someone who wasn't as qualified as I was. My attitude change too if only for a little while. But I can relate to Gaffney.

His demotion may have something to do with what Smoot said. (him half assing some routes) Even so, he's a professional and being paid as such. If anything, the demotion should lit a fire under his ass to perform better, and not to sulk with this sense of self entitlement.
