My point to FD was that you don't know what her description is and what her job entails so to act like she isn't qualified or isn't doing her job is a bit presumptuous.
Also FD, she did qualify based on that description I posted. It says you have to deal with them, it doesn't say you have authority to do anything about them or give you the right to forcefully settle the kids down.

So if they can't do any thing WTF do they even have a bus monitor for? That's like having a beach lifeguard and telling them they can't go into the water. BTW they are city workers not state.
