Forced by the GOP House? You mean the least productive Congress since the 40s? You mean the House that passed only 80 friggin bills in 2011? Voted to repeal Obamacare 33 times! and renamed more than a dozen post offices?

If we had some adults on the other side of the aisle your criticism would be valid.
