BUT - Its way to early to say this year is make or break, because the fact is, two years is not enough time to turn this team around. Now years 3-5 is another story. Last season was a HUGE reality check for me, I was screaming 10-6 and the playoffs! Yet is was so damn obvious that my expectations were way to unrealistic!
As far as rebuilding, I mean, who doesn't do that to some extent every year?

In Gibbs first stint with the skins starting in 1981 we were 8 and 8 winning 8 of our last 11 games. In 1982 there was a strike and I would call that a throw out year as far as a building year. In 1983 we won the SB. I would not say that it takes more than two years to build a team,. We have the talent its just time to execute and get the most out of our players. Someone also mentioned that the next two years will be a salery cap hell for the skins. That has been said for years now and we have no way of knowing the stratges they have for this. If its like the past years we have dealt fine with the cap. If Snyder knows anything its how to deal with numbers. We go 10 and 6 this year winning a wild card spot.
