I know I'm in the minority here but I want to keep our current coaching staff intact for at least the next few years. While the next great coach is always tempting, I'd like to have as much stability as possible.

Is the defense great this year? No, it isn't. We also knew we were going to have to cut corners (pun intended) due to the cap penalty. The defense is going to keep improving as we are able to plug holes and the young guys get better. There is no magic bullet that will instantly turn it around. This year, and most likely next year a well depending on how much cap hit is left, is going to be bad on the defensive side of the ball. I can live with that. I can't live with changing schemes again with a new DC and compounding that with limited cap dollars to find that coaches types of players. I don't see how that's successful.
