LDS gave Coach Williams the moon when he and HOF Coach Gibbs hired him. Coach Williams makes more than some NFL HCs!
My guess is HOF Coach Gibbs is out by year 4 or 5, and Coach Williams takes over.
Mind you, I'm not wishing such a thing, just guessing.
