the company i worked for in dc left it up to each individual.
if you wanted to stay home, that's cool (but don't expect to be paid unless you use a personal day)
if you wanted to brave the elements, that's cool too
now that weather isn't really a factor, i am able to work from home.
webex, skype, wlm, etc.
