I agree with Ruhskins about leadership issues. Mike needs to send a message to the rest of the team this isn't going to fly. This isn't Dhall's first time with this crap so I'd sit him for a game.

From what I read he may sit whether Shanny likes it or not. I believe the article said he was hit with 2 unsportsmanlike penalties and could be suspended next week. Shanny heard what Hall said but would only say it was enough to draw a flag and he was really disappointed in Hall since they talk about keeping your cool quite often
