Yes I agree completley. But Gibbs just always found a way to make those "old" veteran QB's work.

Looking at Joe Gibbs II, it was just magical how he got his old QB's to play so well:

Mark Brunell 2005 season: at 35 years old, had his best season as a pro. 23 TD's, 10 INT's, 3,050 yards. Brunell was very resurgant and was very dangerous once again up until he hurt his legs in December of 2005.

Todd Collins: 36 years old in 2007, he had a great season even though it was for 4 games and about 1000 yards, but he did throw 5 TD's and 0 INTs, makes you wonder what he could have done if he had the whole 2007 season and beyond.

Man i miss the good old days!
