I think RG3 gets rookie of the year, but keep in mind that Luck is on a WINNING, PLAYOFF CALIBER team and RG3 atm is not.
Luck got destroyed today and played bad; and the reverse for RG3, but when I hear that Andrew also set a rookie passing record, that kind of stuff doesn't make it so definite RG3 wins it...
Side note; I am soooooooo psyched for thursdays cowboys game. The whole country can see this kid in dallas, unleash his freakish athletic ability.
