does that unit look like it can do everything you want it to? like i said, i'm partial to alpine. many moons ago, my cda-7998 had a problem w the screen (i used to bake my car often, i attribute the problem to that), and they fixed it at no cost to me... AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD. bless their hearts
Back in the 80's I sold and installed 100's of Alpine units. I hvae not had the need to install any radios into any of my cars because they came with a nice stock unit so I have been out of the loop. I'll have to call them to see if the stock amp in the car will work because 50 watts is not very much power. So does the flash drive, Ipod, and other things just plug into the front of the radio?
