That team isn't going anywhere for quite some time. They just need to blow that team up and start building from the draft.

Raiders have some decent players, at the same time they do have lots of holes to fill. It wouldn't be a bad job. Al Davis is dead and McKenzie is not a bad GM, he has inherited a mess and it will take time to fix.
